Born in Colorado and raised in both Loveland, CO and LaPorte, TX, Cynthia has proudly called Texas home since 2008.
Cynthia has worked in the financial industry for over 10 years and has spent the last five at Community Resource Credit Union, starting as a PFO. Since then she’s earned three promotions and now serves as a Business Service Specialist, bringing her expertise and dedication into commercial lending. Cynthia states, “I’m passionate about supporting local businesses, giving back to my community, and creating a lasting impact through both my professional and nonprofit work.” Cynthia continues to grow in industry knowledge and experience on her career path to become a commercial lender.
While raising her son Mario IV and daughter Alyssa Marie in Baytown, TX, she knew she wanted them in team sports. In 2016, she founded the Baytown Broncos Youth Sports Association to bring youth football, cheer, and drill opportunities to our community—recreating the experience she and her siblings enjoyed growing up. “I’ve always believed in the importance of team sports for children. They teach kids how to grow and work together, support one another, and stay focused on one goal, one mission. Since founding the organization, we’ve served over 2,000 kids, offering a safe, empowering space for development both on and off the field.”
