Community Resource Credit Union (CRCU), a financial institution with a 90-year legacy of empowering its members and strengthening communities, is proud to announce the appointment of Chad Heese as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.

"This is a defining moment for Community Resource Credit Union, and we are proud to have Chad leading the way. With his passion for innovation, strategic vision, and unwavering focus on people, we look forward to a future filled with opportunity and continued service to our community," said Randall Sanders, former Chair of the Board of Directors.

Founded in 1935, CRCU is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial cooperative headquartered in Baytown, Texas. With more than $890 million in assets and over 56,000 members, the credit union serves the Houston metropolitan area with a comprehensive range of financial services and a commitment to education, service, and community involvement.

"Chad brings not only impressive professional credentials, but also a deep commitment to community, collaboration, and member service. These values are central to who we are as a credit union, and we believe he will help us elevate the member experience in new and exciting ways," Sanders added.

Heese brings more than 20 years of executive leadership in the credit union industry. Prior to joining CRCU, he served as Chief Lending and Strategy Officer at Rogue Credit Union for nine years, overseeing business intelligence, product development, and lending operations. He also served as Chief Credit Officer at Clark County Credit Union, where he helped lead enterprise-wide transformation and lending operations.

"Chad's experience and leadership style reflect the values CRCU holds dear," said Bill Vola, Chair of the Board of Directors. "He is the right person to carry our vision forward, and the Board is united in its conviction that he will advance CRCU's mission with the same excellence and purpose that define our organization today."

Vola, recently elected as Board Chair, will play a key role in the leadership and oversight of the credit union. With a long-standing dedication to member service and institutional integrity, he will work closely with Heese and fellow board members to support CRCU's continued growth.

"It is an honor to join Community Resource Credit Union and help lead this outstanding organization into the future," said Heese. "I look forward to building on the credit union's strong foundation and working closely with our team, our members, and our community."
