What’s Included in the Cruise?
The Cruise Certificate entitles you and your spouse, or guest, to a 5 Day/4 Night Cruise Vacation for two people to Mexico, the Bahamas, or the Western Caribbean aboard a Luxury Super Line Cruise Ship on Royal Caribbean and other major cruise lines. Your vacation includes a beautiful interior stateroom with a king-size bed or two twins (based on double occupancy), all onboard gourmet meals and snacks, 24 hour complimentary room service, dozens of exciting shipboard activities, a wide range of nightly entertainment, first run movies, and fabulous ports to visit and shop. This vacation is valued at up to $1,798.
What costs will I be responsible for?
Cruise Certificate recipients are responsible for:
- Port charges, taxes, and customs and fulfillment fees of $46.60 per day/per person ($233 per person).
- Certificates must be registered within 45 days of receipt. Simply follow the directions on the back of the certificate to register. There is a registration/processing fee of $26 per person ($52 total per certificate). Certificates are transferable upon request during the 45-day registration period.
- Transportation to and from the port, gratuities, bar beverages, selected spa services, personal expenses, shore excursions, upgrades, incidental fees, and additional guest and their accommodations.
- Booking changes or cancellations.
- Cruise insurance is available to protect travelers from medical emergencies and trip cancellation loss. Insurance is recommended and can be purchased at the time of booking your cruise, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
- On-board medical services.
How long is my Cruise Certificate valid?
You will have 18 months from the issue date to book and complete your cruise. Cruise certificates are not replaceable are non-refundable and have no value, if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired.
Are there additional sailing dates available?
There are over 175 sailing dates, with varied itineraries to choose from. There are also some extended 6 to 8 day cruises available. A list of available cruise dates & itineraries will be provided at the time of certificate registration.
What ports are available?
Galveston, New Orleans, Jacksonville, Port Canaveral, Miami, and Los Angeles. Other ports are occasionally offered and may be subject to a surcharge. Transportation and cost to and from the port are the responsibility of the certificate holder.
What accommodations do I get?
You get a beautiful interior stateroom aboard a luxury cruise ship. The inside stateroom includes amenities such as 24-hour complimentary stateroom service and a pampering staff to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I upgrade my stateroom?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher deck, an ocean view stateroom, an outside stateroom with a balcony, a mini or large suite, or a family cabin that sleeps 4 people. There will be an additional upgrade fee to cover the cost difference, based upon the port of departure, travel dates, cruise line, cruise ship, and itinerary selected. All upgrades are subject to availability.
Can I take a longer cruise and pay the difference?
Yes. A cruise certificate can be extended up to an 8 Day/7 Night Cruise Vacation, at a special rate. Any extended cruise is subject to availability based on the port of departure, travel dates, cruise line, cruise ship, itinerary, and room allocations.
What if we want to bring our kids or another couple?
You can bring additional cruise guests and they will receive our special group rate pricing. Kids or guests in the same stateroom are usually at a significantly discounted rate. Larger family staterooms are available for an additional fee. We will always do our best to book additional guests on the same deck, and even arrange for them to have the same table for dining reservations.
Is there a kids program offered?
Yes. For kids of all ages, and for no additional fee, young cruisers will spend time with qualified counselors and cruise staff. Under their experienced supervision, kids will enjoy games, activities, crafts, movies, parties, contests, great kid’s meals, desserts, and much more!
Once your cruise travel is booked, any changes or cancellations are subject to an administration fee or cancellation fee. These fees may vary depending upon the number of days before travel when the changes or cancellation takes place. Cruise insurance is available to protect travelers from medical emergencies and trip cancellation loss. Do I need a passport?
Proper travel documentation is required for your cruise, and it's the responsibility of each guest to ensure they have the necessary documents. If a guest arrives without the proper documentation, they will not be permitted to board the ship and will not be refunded for the cruise fare. All cruise lines recommend traveling with a valid passport or alternative proof of citizenship, such as an original or certified birth certificate, certificate of naturalization, passport card, or enhanced driver’s license (EDL).
