Q: What Internet browser is required for Online Banking?

A: To access Online Banking, you will need an Internet browser that supports 128 bit and U.S. version security encryption. The browser must have session cookies and JavaScript enabled. The following browsers are supported.  

  • Fire Fox version 4.0 or higher
  • Safari version 6 or higher (Mac only)
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8.0 or higher  

Q: What should I do if I require a browser upgrade?

A: Online Banking will not allow connections from browsers that do not support high level 128 bit and U.S. version security encryption. If your browser level is not acceptable to meet our specific security protocol, you can download the acceptable version directly from the vendor's website. (You may be charged a fee by the vendor for the download.) If  you perform a browser upgrade, make sure that you enable javascript and session cookies again.   

Q: Can I connect to Online Banking from within another network?

A: You may experience difficulty connecting to Online Banking if you use a PC that is part of a network, such as a LAN or WAN that is connected to the Internet. Security barriers may prevent connection with secure, encrypted Web sites. If you experience difficulties in connecting from a networked PC, ask your network administrator about possible interference caused by security barriers or the need to use an upgraded browser.
