YES, we remain open for business… but just differently!
Beginning this Monday, June 1st — CRCU branch lobbies will be open for loan and account services only, including Business Services and the Mortgage Department. For member convenience, a first-come, first-served method will be initiated.
Appointments must still be scheduled for Investment & Retirement Services.
The branch drive-thrus will remain available for all teller transactions, and other services. (Teller counter transactions will not be available within the branch lobbies.)
Social distancing measures will be in place including limiting the total number of people within branch lobbies to help ensure the health of members and employees. A CRCU employee will be available at the lobby door for check-in and you may be asked to return to your vehicle until someone is available to assist you.
For your personal safety and wellness, face masks for both members and employees will be required. A two person maximum per PFO office will be the general policy. You may also encounter health screening questions upon entering a branch.
