In concern for your health and safety during this COVID-19 crisis, CRCU is here to serve you via drive-thrus, our CRCU Mobile App and our friendly Call Center representatives can assist or can help schedule a private appointment for you.  Please call 281.422.3611 or 1-800-238-3228

All of CRCU branch lobbies are now closed. This is with the exception of the Decker Branch (2900 Decker Drive, Baytown) and the Garth Branch (6810 Garth Road, Baytown) lobbies, which both remain open by appointment only for the following services:

  • Mortgage Services
  • Safe Deposit Box
  • CRIS Services
  • Businesss Services

Lobby access will be limited to the specific activities shown in the table below. Only one member will be allowed inside any branch at any one time.
